We can all use some r&r from our daily lives. Let’s disconnect from all the noise for a bit. I’m inviting you on a forest bathing hike day, followed by art created with some of the nature that surrounds us. We will meet up at Fitzgerald park, in Grand Ledge, and go for an easy hike. Along the way we’ll gather leaves, or ferns that call to us, to use in our painting. Learn new watercolor painting techniques. As we paint, the talented musician Mika will play soothing, nature-inspired music on her unique Kalimba instrument. You will go home with one 8x8, and one 9x12 watercolor painting. Light snacks and brownies will be provided. Local artist Melissa will be teaching you step by step for a very fun & relaxing day. Ticket sales are limited, so be sure you and your friends sign up early!
